Cost of $250 includes:

  • 20 assignments covering a one month span (five to be completed per week)
  • accountability and tracking of completed workouts
  • review of benchmark video and feedback on results
  • upgrading to next level of performance expectations once certain benchmark criteria are met.

[Note: the purchase of a few low/medium-cost items will be recommended at the appropriate time to best complete the workouts: stop-watch, mobility bands, doorway pull-up bar, parallettes, plyo-box]
