FIT-UP 1 Introduction to The Fittest Me includes:

(4) 30 minute workout sessions, in which each one we:

  • assess mobility
  • establish benchmarks
  • teach at least one new movement skill
  • have a 5-10 minute workout scaled to your current abilities

(1) 30-minute meeting to:

  • attain body metrics and weight (optional)
  • create a S.M.A.R.T. goal by establishing a manageable goal and target date for attainment.

(1) 15-minute healthy eating habits discussion to discern at least one actionable behavior change to set you on the path to weight loss

"Change Starts Now"

(6) 60 minute workout sessions, in which each one we:

  • assess mobility
  • establish benchmarks
  • teach at least two new movement skills
  • work towards improvement of one fitness goal of clients’ choosing
  • have a 5-15 minute workout scaled to your current abilities

(1) 30-minute meeting to:

  • attain body metrics and weight (optional)
  • create a S.M.A.R.T. goal by establishing a manageable goal and target date for attainment.

(2) 15-minute healthy eating habits discussions to:

  • first to discern current eating habits and choose one actionable behavior to change
  • second to follow-through on compliance with behavior change, and choose one more actionable behavior to change if first has been successful

  • have a 5-15 minute workout scaled to your current abilities

  • first to discern current eating habits and choose one actionable behavior to change

  • third to highlight bright spots in progress, and see if anything can be further adjusted
