FIT-UP 1 Introduction to The Fittest Me includes:
(4) 30 minute workout sessions, in which each one we:
- assess mobility
- establish benchmarks
- teach at least one new movement skill
- have a 5-10 minute workout scaled to your current abilities
(1) 30-minute meeting to:
- attain body metrics and weight (optional)
- create a S.M.A.R.T. goal by establishing a manageable goal and target date for attainment.
(1) 15-minute healthy eating habits discussion to discern at least one actionable behavior change to set you on the path to weight loss

"Change Starts Now"

FIT-UP 2 Introduction to The Fittest Me includes:
(6) 60 minute workout sessions, in which each one we:
- assess mobility
- establish benchmarks
- teach at least two new movement skills
- work towards improvement of one fitness goal of clients’ choosing
- have a 5-15 minute workout scaled to your current abilities
(1) 30-minute meeting to:
- attain body metrics and weight (optional)
- create a S.M.A.R.T. goal by establishing a manageable goal and target date for attainment.
(2) 15-minute healthy eating habits discussions to:
- first to discern current eating habits and choose one actionable behavior to change
- second to follow-through on compliance with behavior change, and choose one more actionable behavior to change if first has been successful
