"Set the Course"

You know where you want to get to, but need some help charting the course to get there.

    (1) 60 minute baseline consult where we:

  • establish starting point with the Healthy Food Fit Chart
  • decide where to go and how it will feel when we get there
  • choose one new food habit that will create the greatest immediate success
  • attain body metrics and weight (optional)
  • set a short-term timeline for an achievable goal

    (4) 20-minute weekly consults to:

  • celebrate successes from week
  • decide whether to continue current habit reinforcement or to add a new one
  • (optional) last of four sessions to include body measurements if done at first meeting
  • reevaluate progress against Healthy Food Fit Chart

Food-Fit 2

"Accountability"

$299

(1) 60-minute baseline consult where we:

  • establish starting point with the Healthy Food Fit Chart
  • decide where to go and how it will feel when we get there
  • discuss anticipated potholes/weaknesses
  • strategize one or two ways to head-off potential traps
  • attain body metrics and weight (optional)
  • set a short-term timeline for an achievable goal

    (4 weeks) of daily accountability:

  • choose preferred method of food tracking: written journal, My Fitness Pal, or photos
  • send food tracking to mentor at end of day along with one thing you did really well and one thing you could improve the following day.
  • receive feedback from food coach as necessary.

    (4) 20-minute food habit sessions where we:

  • celebrate successes from week
  • decide whether to continue current habit reinforcement or to add a new one
  • (optional) last of four sessions to include body measurements if done at first meeting
  • reevaluate progress based on Healthy Food Fit Chart

Food-Fit 3

"In Charge"

Eating well is a learned skill. With In Charge, we roll up our sleeves and first find all the things you are already doing right…and didn't even know it! From there, we take steps together towards to carve out the life you want. This package includes:

    (1) 45-90 minute (in-home or remote) food assessment including:

  • pantry and refrigerator review
  • shopping cart review
  • decide what stays and what goes
  • establish starting point with the Healthy Food Fit Chart
  • decide where to go and how it will feel when we get there
  • strategies for getting started right away

    (1) joint-mentor food adventure to Trader Joe’s to discuss food qualities and find healthy     ones you already like

    (1) 45-60-minute meeting to:

  • create a shopping list (using a comprehensive list of quality foods as a guide)
  • determine schedule for daily or weekly food prep
  • attain body metrics and weight (optional)
  • set a short-term timeline for an achievable goal

    (6) weeks of daily scheduled check-ins via text/email or phone if necessary to report         bright spots as well as discuss areas requiring heightened attention.

    (3) 20-minute food habit sessions (spaced over six weeks) where we:

  • celebrate what’s working well
  • evaluate what is not working well
  • create new strategies for areas of difficulty

        (1) final goal assessment session to:

  • Evaluate improved skills with the Healthy Food Fit Chart
  • Decide what next steps to take
